Our warranty period is 30 days from the date you receive the order. Please note that if 30 days have passed since you received the order, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

For eligible returns:

In order to complete your return, we will need the receipt or proof of purchase that you sent you when you placed the order, such as the order number and invoice confirmation number. Please go to the “File a Dispute” page to submit your order request, and our support team will help you within 24 hours.

Note: Please do not send your purchased goods back to our sender address. Once you contact us, we will send you the return address. A cash refund or a full refund of lifetime store points will be charged a 15% restocking fee, so you can shop with us again at any time.

Strictly not accept refunds or exchanges:

  1. Orders that have been processed and shipped from our warehouse in 7 days.
